EMT before class with your name in the note, bring cash or cheque to class
Yoga Classes run ongoing, unless otherwise stated-$102/6 week session
Drop in to any class that is listed on the website/Facebook/Instagram
Register above, 2HR before class cancelation policy to avoid charge
Book a private class for yourself or split the cost with a friend

Arrive early to sign in, process payment and fill out waivers/forms. All students must sign a liability waiver and if under 18 a parent/guardian must sign.
EMT, cash, cheque or payment link above accepted. $30 fee for NSF cheques.
Do not come to class if you are feeling unwell or are sick
Cell phones must be turned to silent
Please refrain from strong scents
Help contribute to a peaceful and welcoming environment
Bring your own mat and water bottle, props will be supplied
Class passes are valid for all classes
Purchased classes can be suspended in case of a medical necessity with a doctors note or transferred/bought by another participant
A single class pass must be used within the week, and multi class passes expire within 3 months
Minimum 2HR cancelation policy to avoid being charged for class

Jennifer attended her first yoga class 17 years ago and since has always been drawn back to her mat. Years ago she found herself wanting to deepen her experience and understanding of yoga and the philosophy so she decided to start training to become a teacher. She has completed both 200 and 300hr training as well as studied Sanskrit.
Yoga gives her a space to unwind and reconnect with herself. She loves all aspects of movement, breathing, and quieting the mind. An avid trail runner, mother and wife, Jennifer feels restored, connected, and renewed after practicing yoga. She strives to pass that along to her students through her intuitive nature and inclusive class planning to ensure each student gets the best possible experience.
